Training and circulation

New legislative developments, procedures established by public administrations, changes in production systems, and other types of changes make it necessary for businesses to adapt their action in the field of labour relations. This requires an in-depth knowledge of the framework and legal development in which this should be done, which requires detailed study. For this, the Research group DTCENS has the necessary knowledge, material, and people.

We offer specially designed training programmes which can include any of our lines of work. These programmes can be aimed at senior management, business managers, and human resources lawyers, judges and labour relations specialists. We design our training modules according to the needs of the client: a monographic session of several hours in duration, an intensive day, or a series of sessions aimed at training specialists in change management in the working world within their own organisation.

Our training sessions are highly interactive and practical. We always work on practical cases and, where appropriate, we incorporate group activities that allow participants to identify opportunities, exchange perspectives and develop feasible solutions for the organisation or their own clients.
