Consultancy and advice

The research group has completed many studies and technical reports for a wide range of institutions. The extensive experience of many of its members and the ability to carry out interdisciplinary works, assisted by researchers specialising in many subjects, guarantees the exhaustiveness of the work, in addition to obtaining an immediate practical applicability to the results sought in each case.

The Research Group DTCENS, in the framework of transferring research results, or circulating the product obtained with the resources that this brings to the University, has developed many works, studies and reports for different public and private businesses and bodies, in line with the provisional measures of Article 83 of the Universities Law. The research group has abundant experience in the field of technical advice and consultancy in the field of labour relations.

We have extensive experience in preparing documents related to analysis, opinion and advice for businesses, sectorial organisations, foundations, public administrations, and social agents.

Collective bargaining:
    • Technical advice related to collective bargains, business agreements, procedures providing information and advice for restructuring projects, investigation on the regulation of work, reorganisations of work, and the introduction of new technology.

    • Out-of-court solutions for conflicts through mediation, arbitrages, and reconciliations.

    • Technical advice on solutions to encourage productivity and variable compensation.

    • Design of financial participation schemes: share options, collective incentive systems, etc.
Productive decentralisation:

    • Definition of subcontracting processes

    • Advice regarding the regime of responsibility in outsourcing processes.
Diversity management:
    • Advice and creation of equality measures and plans

    • Advice regarding the status of foreigners: hiring, organisation of work, expatriations.

    • Identification of opportunities and responsibilities regarding the development of employment in certain groups: women, young people, older people, disabled people.

    • Advice on bonuses and grants.
